Even though the ministry has my name attached to it…this is really a story of the entire Zayas family.
I grew up with great parents, not perfect parents, but great ones!
As a kid growing up in Brooklyn, NY I needed to have strong and loving hands guide me as I began my journey to being a parent myself.
One of the many valuable lessons I learned from my dad, by the way we have the same name, is the importance of family.
I remember vividly till today his words, “The way things work in God’s kingdom and in this family is…God first, Mom second, and then you kids…and oh yes, then comes ministry.”
